This Client Agreement governs the terms of hiring and booking creative professionals (Creators) via the Sapehive platform.

1. Bookings & Engagements
When you book a creator on Sapehive:
- Direct Contract: A contract is established directly between you (the Client) and the Creator. Sapehive is not a party to this creative service agreement.
- Payment Method: You agree to pay the booking amount either online or in Cash on Delivery (COD) as selected at booking confirmation.
- Accuracy of Details: You must provide accurate shoot schedules, locations, and descriptions.

2. Payments & Deliveries
- COD Payments: If you select COD, you must pay the creator the full amount in cash directly at the end of the shoot session.
- Media Release: Raw media downloads are released automatically to your Client Dashboard once the payment status is marked as settled.
- No Circumvention: You agree not to negotiate off-platform payments or coordinate work outside Sapehive with creators met on the platform.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and booking updates are subject to the cancellation rules selected during booking. Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund eligibility timelines.
