1. Scope of Service & Engagement
As a Creator on Sapehive:
- Independent Professional: You operate as an independent service provider. You set your own availability schedules, professional fees, and equipment setups.
- Service Standard: You agree to execute confirmed bookings with reasonable skill, diligence, punctuality, and within the agreed timeline.
- Portfolios: You represent that all photographs, videos, and showreels uploaded to your profile are your own original creations.

2. Wallet & Financial Settlements
Sapehive tracks bookings and earnings using the Creator Wallet system.
- COD Collection: If a booking is confirmed as Cash on Delivery (COD), you are authorized to collect the cash payment directly from the client after shoot completion.
- Platform Settlement: To release raw or edited media to the client via Sapehive, you must settle the booking commission/amount from your Creator Wallet balance.
- Wallet Top-ups: You can add balance to your wallet via simulated or live payment gateways to execute settlements.
- Withdrawable Balances: Settled online bookings and verified credits will accumulate in your withdrawable balance and are settled to your linked bank account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Raw Media: You retain authorship of your raw captures but grant the client a full commercial or personal license (as specified in the booking details) upon payment settlement.
- Delivery: You must not host or deliver assets outside of the Sapehive platform for bookings created on Sapehive.

4. Compliance & Termination
Sapehive reserves the right to suspend or close your creator profile if you violate our Community Guidelines, fail to settle COD fees, or falsify portfolio credits.
