- Safety First: Do not engage in behaviour that compromises the physical safety or mental well-being of another member of the community.
- Fair Treatment: Discrimination based on gender, race, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.

2. Platform Trust & Authenticity
Trust is the foundation of Sapehive.
- Accurate Profiles: Creators must represent their identity, credentials, portfolio media, equipment list, and availability truthfully.
- Original Content: Portfolios must showcase original work. Copying or presenting other creators' assets as your own constitutes intellectual property theft.
- Verified Bookings: Do not create fake accounts, post spam reviews, or manipulate rating feedback.

3. Financial Integrity
Secure payments keep Sapehive operating fairly.
- No Off-Platform Payments: All bookings, adjustments, and transactions must be processed via the platform's COD settlement or verified payment flows.
- COD Settlement: Creators must settle Cash on Delivery payments promptly with the platform using their creator wallet to unlock digital asset releases.

4. Enforcement
Violating these guidelines can result in temporary warnings, dashboard suspensions, or permanent ban from Sapehive. If you experience or witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, report it immediately to support@sapehive.com.
