- Service Agreements: Sapehive does not control or dictate the creative process, shoot schedule, or pricing of bookings. All details are negotiated directly between the creator and the client.

3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance shall Sapehive be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of:
- Shoot delays or creator cancellations.
- Damage to or loss of raw media files.
- Dissatisfaction with finalized creative assets or editing quality.
- Disputes over Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
- Personal injury or property damage arising during physical shoots.
Clients and Creators are encouraged to inspect portfolios, verify identity credentials, and conduct professional communication within secure channels.

4. Third-Party Map Services
Our platform incorporates Mapbox and Google Maps APIs to display coordinates and estimate routes. Sapehive is not responsible for map inaccuracies, ETA calculation deviations, or location lag caused by device signal loss.
