1. Digital Deliverables & Media Files
Most services on Sapehive result in digital assets, including raw photos, edited videos, source files, and finalized media links.
- Private Uploads: Creators upload raw media directly to Sapehive's private storage bucket.
- Client Access: Once payment is settled, the platform releases the digital downloads directly to the client via secure signed URLs on the Booking Tracking panel.
- Delivery Timeline: Digital deliveries are determined by the agreement between the Creator and the Client during booking confirmation. Most files are made available within 3 to 7 business days following shoot completion.

2. Physical Deliverables
If a client orders physical products (such as printed photo albums, framed prints, or physical storage media):
- Creator Responsibility: The creator is solely responsible for printing, packaging, and dispatching physical deliverables unless stated otherwise.
- Courier & Tracking: Creators must dispatch items using verified domestic courier partners and share tracking details with the client and platform.
- Shipping Costs: Any applicable shipping fees must be clearly quoted and settled in the booking agreement before work commences.
- Delivery Timeline: Domestic shipments in India generally take between 5 to 10 business days depending on location freshness.

Clients must provide accurate shipping details. Sapehive is not liable for delayed or returned physical shipments resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the client.
